Portfolio Optimization is priced at R40,000 per location annually. Most clients opt for annual reviews to catch issues early.
We track implementation progress and can provide quarterly check-ins between annual reviews to ensure improvements are sustained.
How many locations do I need for this to make sense?
Portfolio Optimization makes most sense with 3+ locations. With fewer sites, individual Location Performance Audits are more appropriate. With 3+ locations, you benefit from comparative benchmarking, pattern identification, and system-level improvements that can be rolled out across multiple sites for compounding impact.
What if all my locations seem to be doing fine?
