Every strategy includes expansion sequencing recommendations, 3-year rollout timeline, capital allocation plan, funding strategy and options, organizational structure planning, systems and process documentation, and key hire recommendations. You receive a strategic roadmap with phased implementation.
Growth Strategy engagements are custom-scoped based on your current size and growth ambitions. Typical projects range from R85,000 to R150,000.
We often work with clients on an ongoing advisory basis, providing quarterly strategic reviews as they execute the growth plan.
How is this different from an Expansion Blueprint?
An Expansion Blueprint analyzes one specific location. Growth Strategy looks at your entire expansion roadmap—which markets to enter, in what order, how fast to grow, capital requirements, organizational structure, and systems needed. It's strategic planning for your entire multi-location journey, not just one site.
